It's a well-established fact that mince pies are best when they're bursting with fruits and piping hot from the oven. It's commonly accepted that they're better when drenched in brandy cream (fight me). Less well known is that they're even better when blended with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and peppercorns and served as a loose leaf tea. Oh hi, mince pie chai!
